Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for:

  • Incorrect products shipped

  • Damaged products during transportation

  • Serious manufacturing defects

Requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened or used filament products

  • Customized OEM or private label products

  • Special color development orders

  • Clearance or discounted items

Refund Process

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or arranged as replacement goods for future orders.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by VEELAINE.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
